This workshop is the beginning of a journey towards authentic encounters. The in-depth process aims to help you understand and learn the things that may hinder you from being authentic in the face of others. It helps you find the strengths within to be more and more fully yourself in an adaptive and authentic way.

Cultivating happiness by reaching out to others

How do we touch others at their heart? Understanding our capacities for empathy and discovering goodness helps us touch others in the best of themselves. It brings happiness to both. This workshop helps also to taste the beneficial effects of a gesture of love that invites others to react in the same way.   

Dealing with
expectations

Learn how to say yes or no and feel comfortable about it

Every day, we receive a lot of questions and requests. Sometimes it is easy to say “yes” or “no”, sometimes it is difficult and uncomfortable. Guilty feelings can come up afterwards. This workshop helps us reflect on how to respond to requests, invitations, expectations, instructions and hopes from others. How do we react to it? We can learn to feel comfortable afterwards with our “yes” or “no” towards others. 

 

Growing in self-confidence

Discovering our positive aspects to build an adjusted self-image

How to feel more confident in certain situations? Sometimes we lack assurance in some situations, for example at work, in some relationships, … It hinders to have optimal results in this sector of life. Often it is due to a non-adjusted self-image. The workshop helps build realistic self-confidence based on inner capacities to discover and to develop.

Identify your inner stronghold to face challenges

Every once in a while, we will face challenges that may halt us and make us stumble. But in the end, we can mostly rely on certain qualities to deal with and regain ourselves again. This workshop will help us discover for ourselves what can personally hinder us. More importantly, we will discover our inner stronghold which can help us live resilience, find out what they are made of, and other elements which we can depend on and learn how to do this deliberately.

Furthermore, we will learn from the sharing of others how they live resilience and how “together” we can become even more resilient.

Each person experiences vulnerability. Life is not always good news. Some experiences, failures, challenges, and situations provoke confrontation with difficult thoughts, feelings, and personal limits. This workshop aims to help you recognize vulnerability and see it as a normal aspect of human life. Instead of avoiding it, accepting vulnerability gives you opportunities to become stronger and find inner power that liberates you.

Living together is always a challenge for us as couples, families, and persons living under the same roof. We have needs, aspirations, habits, customs, different dreams requiring us (urging us) to learn to live together. We must choose how to live together, how to be together, to share space and time, to deal with habits and compulsions, with behaviours, etc. It is an opportunity for learning and growing.

Asserting myself respectfully

Searching for a way to be myself and respect others

Respectfully asserting oneself: what does this involve? Starting from daily experiences, the participants observe situations in which they assert themselves too little (ex. keeping silent, disappearing…) or too much (ex. screaming, exaggerating…) or in a well-adjusted way in front of others (ex. polite). 
The focus of this workshop is to help you recognise the maladjusted ways to assert yourself and to learn how to grow in well-adjusted assertiveness.

Complementing each other

This workshop is perfect for teams and persons who have to work together. It helps participants understand each other better and recognize how each other’s strengths can complement one another. The workshop builds a sense of belonging and togetherness for a common vision and mission and strengthens the sense of mutual support in the face of challenges. Others do not. This workshop invites you to look at your present method of decision making. Self-discovery is an important means of growth. How do we discover ourselves? PRH offers a Personal Growth Workbook with active and creative exercises to focus on positive life experiences and to help participants discover more talents and strengths. It is not just a regular journal. This workshop helps participants understand how to use this workbook in daily life. It helps participants recognize their own capacities and strengths, to develop self-confidence and more self-esteem.

Retired, and still so much to live & to give

Dreams, opportunities and challenges in this stage of life

The time of retirement is a drastic change in one’s life. Some people no longer feel useful and necessary in this stage of life. For others, it is a new period of life with new challenges. In this workshop, the focus is on what enriches and what continues to give meaning on one’s life in the stage of retirement. In the second part, the focus is on the future, on areas of interest, desires and dreams that are still possible. How do we identify them? Which steps seem possible to gradually actualize them? Vital strengths can be awakened and the dynamism that accompanies each stage of life. It is a realistic approach to happiness.

Creative exploration of
who I am and how I present myself

Discovering what is positive in yourself and learn how to express it, is the best way to exist in front of others. Some patterns, expectations of others, doubts, etc. unconsciously prevent you from showing yourself as you truly are and to feel good in yourself.
This workshop uses creative tools to help you learn and accept “This is how I am and it’s OK”.  Choosing ways of doing and being that correspond to the essential of the person, contributes to a satisfying life and relationships.

 

Power of feelings

Befriending and living my feelings in a constructive way

Feelings carry a lot of messages about oneself. In some cultures, some feelings may be experienced as an obstacle or a hindrance and find not a place to be expressed. In other environments, expression of some feelings may be exaggerated. This workshop helps us understand messages of feelings in order to gain understanding of how ‘feelings’ can be a means of strengthening life’s expression. You will also be encouraged to relate with your feelings in a positive way and in a safe and respectful group.

Developing my
leadership capacities


Important competencies in responsibility

There are a lot of expectations towards persons with responsibility. They have to be specialized in the common mission but also need a lot of human capacities to lead the group. This module is offered to leaders and managers of enterprises, organizations and groups of minimum 3 persons. The formation looks at the personal capacities of a leader and the competencies to be developed in any position of responsibility.
The 10 competencies are classified in 4 groups. The aim is to discover, become aware of, and verify the necessary competencies for leadership. It leads the participants to further develop and to succeed in their mission according to their capacities. 

Relationship with money

We observe our inner lived experience with regard to money and possessions from the perspective of our aspirations and needs which will help us better understand our lived experiences where money and possessions are concerned.

We will focus on the paths for growth, healing and restoration of order, so that this area of life will become more coherent with the our true aspirations and values, so that we can live more in line with who we are.
